What are the terms of our offer?
With our off-season long-term monthly rental, we let you have the keys to a 1, 2 or 3-bedroom mobile home for the period of your choice in the off-season (from 01/04 to 30/04 or from 01/05 to 31/05 or from 01/06 to 30/06 or from 01/09 to 30/09*) and you can use it whenever you like.
Long stay rental on the Ile d’Oléron
What long-term leasing includes:
You must pay the tourist tax according to your presence on the campsite (i.e. €0.66 per night and per person aged 18 and over).
Pets are only allowed in Classic accommodation (1 per pitch): €100 per month.
Cancellation and interruption of stay insurance (optional but recommended): 3.5% of the total cost of your stay, paid in full at the time of booking and non-refundable.
